Create advanced bot scenarios with Power Automate and Microsoft teams

Power Automate has supported a wide range of actions helping you achieve complex automation scenarios within Microsoft Teams. Microsoft announced two new bot actions that have been highly requested which will help take your flows a step further.

  • Update adaptive card messages in Teams
  • Trigger a flow when an adaptive card action is submitted

Announcing public preview of ESLint rules for Power Apps and Dynamics 365

Microsoft announced the public preview of ESLint rules for Power Apps model-driven apps and Dynamics 365 CE.

If you already have the ESLint extension for Visual Studio Code installed, you can get started by adding Power Apps ESLint npm package name and version in package.json in the build tools. Note that the version number will change when this becomes generally available.

19 New Independent Publisher Connectors in June 2022

Independent Publisher connectors are connectors developed, tested, published, and supported by connector developers that are independent from the backend service or API. The Microsoft Certification team performs validations and checks to ensure that the connector is safe to use. 19 new Independent Publisher connectors were published in June.

Power Automate for desktop – June 2022 update

June 2022 update of Power Automate for desktop (version 2.21) has been released! You can download the latest release here. New features and updates have been added, as described below.

  1. More data types are now supported for input and output variables
  2. Desktop flows can now be triggered via an external link
  3. Java automation in SWT framework applications
  4. New screen for editing the selectors of a UI element
